A creepy medical facility, a job on the night watch, and a serial killer who enjoys taking the skulls of his victims. Nightwatch: Demons Are Forever, Ole Bornedal's follow-up to his 1994 cult film.

The new story features some of the cast from the original. The night watchman, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau reprises his role as Martin, this time his daughter Emma (Fennylander Bornidle) takes up her old job to try to make up for what happened to her parents. . Kim Bodnia and Alf Pilgaard also return to their original roles.
