Dan Clark Audio's New E3 Closed-Back Headphones – PC Perspective

For those who can't spend less than $2000 on a headset

If you laugh at the $200 in-ear monitors that are so popular right now and can't stand the sound of closed-back headsets that only cost $500, you're probably familiar with Dan Clark Audio. The new E3 closed-back headphones are, at least for this company, in the middle of their product line. They have significantly more expensive models for those who desire the best.

The materials are certainly interesting, with a Gorilla Glass chassis with aluminum, a nickel-titanium alloy headband with a leather suspension band, and synthetic leather earcups and suede earpads. They can be replaced, but TechPowerUp strongly recommends that you leave them alone because the way they are connected is a key part of your audio experience.
