They have acquired Fiscalsoft, a Kentucky-based provider of accounting and payroll software solutions for local governments.

The acquisition is intended to expand Black Mountain Software's portfolio of local government ERP solutions and mark its entry into the Kentucky market, leveraging Fiscalsoft's established presence in the region.

With a strong client base and portfolio of applications, Fiscalsoft brings valuable expertise and solutions to the table, enhancing Black Mountain Software's offerings.

Black Mountain Software, a portfolio company of Patterson Partners, is a leading provider of government accounting software serving small to medium-sized local governments in the United States. With more than 50 team members, the company provides 30 integrated applications for municipalities, counties, special districts and schools.
