AAEON Unveils ARC A770 “GAR” Discrete Graphics Card & MXM “Intel Alchemist” GPU Options
AAEON, a Highly Reputable Embedded Companyhas unveiled its Alchemist-powered Arc A770 “GAR” and several MXM GPU options.
AAEON makes embedded computing offerings even more compelling with its latest MXM lineup and the Arch A770 graphics card based on the Alchemist GPU architecture.
With the embedded computing industry booming, Intel seems to have seen a good response from the market as manufacturers have started to adopt the company's Alchemist GPU options under the Arch family.
AAEON has now joined the list with new releases. Apart from embedded products, the firm has entered the consumer graphics segment with its latest GAR-A770 (Intel Arc A770), a SKU designed to deliver high performance and decent cooling capabilities, and See the addition of Intel's long list of AIB partners. .
Diving into the GAR-A770, the GPU is built on Intel's Alchemist ACM-G10 GPU architecture. It includes 32 Xe cores ray tracing units in a 256-bit interface, 512 XMX engine, and 16GB of GDDR6 memory. The GAR-A770 supports several developer tools, such as VSR, DirectX 12, Vulkan 1.3, and OpenGL 4.6. The general characteristics of the model for a composite form are:
- High Performance Graphics: 2400MHz Turbo Frequency, 32 Xe Cores, and 32 Ray Tracing Units
- 16 GB DDR6 memory: 256-bit interface, 17.5 Gbps memory speed.
- Wide Compatibility: PCIe 4.0 x16 interface for versatile motherboard compatibility.
- Triple Display Support: Simultaneous display output up to 7680 x 4320 @ 60Hz.
- Video encoding/decoding: H.264, H.265 (HEVC), AV1, and VP9 hardware support.
- Advanced Technologies: Ray Tracing, Variable Rate Shading (VSR), and DirectX 12 Ultimate.
- Intel Deep Link Integration: Take advantage of Intel Deep Link features for enhanced AI and media processing.

We can't comment too much on the looks of AAEON's GAR-A770 as it was developed for industrial IoT and AI applications. Therefore, there is not a shiny look around. The GPU has a simple black design with the firm's branding on the chassis and has a dual slot/dual fan design. AAEON has yet to reveal pricing for its GAR-A770, but we expect to see it at or around the MSRP of $300 US.
In addition to the GAR-A770, AAEON has unveiled its Intel-based embedded solution, the MXM-ACMA, again based on the Intel Arc A370M and Intel Arc A350M mobile GPUs. The MXM-ACMA, which is an MXM 3.1 Type A module, is clearly designed for single-board applications due to its compact 82mm x 70mm size. With Intel's efficient Arc A370M and Arc A350M GPUs, the company plans to capitalize on this. Hype around the embedded segment By offering a cost-effective option for potential clients.

The company has yet to unveil launch dates for its new Intel Arc AI and embedded solutions, but we expect them to be revealed soon, given that the respective products are already listed on the firm's website. are listed.
